We are delighted to be shortlisted for the BD Architect of The Year Awards 2018. LTS are finalists in both the ‘Individual House Architect of the Year’ and ‘Refurbishment Architect of the Year’ categories.

The recognition is both humbling and exciting. In recent years we’ve been working hard to develop versatility and broad experience in both residential and refurbishment sectors.

From urban re-purposing to suburban extensions and sensitive countryside homes our residential work has been subject to a range of different challenges and localities. Different drivers and conditions for each project have required a continual process of exploration, demanding both imagination and tenacity.

Similarly we take a resourceful and considered approach to the sympathetic restoration of original buildings. We believe refurbishment and restoration should be not only respectful of the original but also clear and contemporary in its balance of rich heritage with modern agendas.
