We were approached by Brent Council to carry out a feasibility study into a large residential-led mixed-use scheme on the High Road in Brent. Our work was used to define an architectural language and approach to form, creating a design benchmark for the first phase of the development.

Brent House focuses on delivering much-needed housing to the area, providing a mix of larger than average 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses. Central to the scheme is a range of public, communal and private amenity spaces, including large balconies and terraces.

The scheme is ‘open’ and easy to pass through as the scale as been broken down into two interconnected L-shaped blocks which come together to create an accessible public square at the heart of Brent House.
