Victoria Court is a residential development at the edge of Camberley Town Centre, located at the junction of London Road and Victoria Avenue.

The scheme consists of two buildings. The main building creates a strong frontage to London Road, while the smaller southern building provides the transition to Victoria Avenue and the residential properties beyond. The design approach is contemporary, but one that is rooted in Camberley with varying tones of brickwork and pitched roof forms, reminiscent of local character.

The scheme provides 84 new homes and a ground floor unit fronting London Road that could be used for commercial or community purposes. All new homes and their private amenity space exceed the Government’s space standards, with a large area of landscaping also included alongside the two blocks.

Careful planting and management of the landscaped space will significantly enhance the ecological contribution the site makes to the local area.

Planning approval was granted in early 2020.
